Needed immediate service for a failing -80 ultra-freezer in our lab. Greg came out and diagnosed, fixed the inner doors, and Rich came out and finished the job! Another company said they would need a 120-day lead time for parts. Thank you RJH!

They should get 5 stars just because someone answered the phone instead of some AI voice menu. I called in the morning last week and they were able to schedule me the same day. The tech knew exactly what the problem was. He came back the same day with the part and finished the repair. After that he stayed for about 20 minutes and showing me what I can do to avoid the problem happening again. I am completely satisfied with RJH Service and I will be using them from now on.

Never in my 20+ years have I had two of the most professional mechanics work on our equipment. They explained to me what the issue was, how to maintain our equipment so that we wouldn’t have these issues again. I am very pleased with the job that these two guys did in our restaurant today. Used RJH to repair our ice maker machine at our shop. we had another refrigeration company come our and work on the machine, they came out five different times, each time they said it need a different part, never fixed unit. James from RJH came out and worked on the unit, ordered one part, cleaned they unit and ice cycles, tested unit and had it working perfectly after installing only one part. James knows what he is doing and would recommend this company for anyone needing refrigerant work done.

My first experience and impression of RJH for a commercial repair was that they were very responsive, prompt, and professional. Craig, the tech sent out to our DC restaurant, was great in how he approached the job, how knowledgeable he was, and the extra time he took to explain the issues to someone like me who encountered him as he was already finished and about to leave the location. I was so impressed with Craig, that I have requested that he be our primary service person and we are already in talks with RJH to handle all of our preventative maintenance.

These guys (particularly Steve) are awesome. We were told by multiple vendors that we had no option except to replace a multi-unit commercial AC system. Steve stopped by within 20 minutes of my call and was able to get the units back up and running. He ended up saving us tens of thousands by being honest and untold dollars in productivity that we would have lost had we had to send everyone home.

I had some freezers and refrigeration put in by a company who did an awful job with the installation of the units. After numerous failed attempts to work with the original company to get the units fixed, we called RJH.
