RJH Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Service is growing, and we’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to join our collaborative office team.

What You’ll Do
As the central communication hub for our service operations, you’ll support our technicians while ensuring customers feel taken care of as we solve their problems.
Be the first point of contact for customers—listening attentively, understanding their needs, and responding with professionalism and care.
Handle both urgent and routine service requests, making customers feel confident they’re in good hands.
Accurately capture essential details and communicate clearly across customers, technicians, and office staff.
Prioritize and dispatch service calls to technicians thoughtfully and efficiently.
Use software tools to monitor technician locations, adjust schedules, and keep workflows running smoothly.
Maintain organized, accurate records of service calls, activities, and customer information.
Collaborate with the team to identify and create new work opportunities for technicians.

2+ years in a customer-facing or dispatch role within a service-oriented industry.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with customers and coworkers.
Comfort using computers and navigating multiple software platforms.
High attention to detail and pride in delivering accurate, thorough work.
Integrity when handling sensitive information.
(Bonus) Familiarity with the HVAC/R industry and its terminology.
